The Emperor is a board which offers the speed and glide of a mal but with higher performance of a shortboard.

With a growing popularity in mid-lengths, with its V to double concave allows for smooth rail to rail speed whilst providing that extra pivot and turn when you step on the tail.

For beginners, this board provides stability, something which is essential when you’re slower to your feet. It will also significantly boost your wave count when compared to a shortboard, whilst being easy to fit in your car/van when driving to the beach.

For more advanced surfers, its volume under the chest area will allow you to paddle with ease, making longer paddle distances a problem of the past. Its sensitivity and responsiveness will let you make arcing turns with full confidence, whilst maintaining speed and keeping the utmost control.

The Emperor has a thruster set up but can also be used as a 2+1 fin set up as a single fin or a twin, It handles best in knee to head high conditions, although will respond well to whatever you ever you throw at it.
